Does this work?

Woo I made it across the Pyrenees into Spain- Dad you have no faith! There were a few different routes across the mountains and I decided to take "Le Route Napoleon", which is apparently the route Napolean took into Spain, it was supposed to be a difficult route but I thought if a guy with one leg can do it, it can´t be that bad. As I started off on route which for the first 20km is continuously uphill  (1400m ascent, urgh) I remembered Napoleon wasn´t the one with one leg. In fact he was probably carried by a horse. Never mind.

Passed a few memorials to people who died on this route which was a bit alarming, and found a storm shelter at the top of the highest pass, complete with those foil things they wrap marathon runners in. Thought about taking one in case things went wrong. However that night I was planning to stay in a monastry and I could hear some bells so thought it couldn´t be too far. Bells soon turned out to a group of cows with bells round their necks and it was about another 3 hours before I got to the monastry! Anyway got blessed by the monks so now nothing can go wrong!
